Agreement

By placing an order through this website or purchasing products in our store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or make a purchase. These terms apply to all customers and visitors of TrailGear Bike, located at 32646 Logan Avenue, West Heights, Mission, BC, Canada.

Products and Pricing

All prices on this site are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include shipping. We make every effort to display accurate pricing. If we discover an error in the price of an item you ordered, we will contact you before processing and give you the option to cancel. Product images are representative. Colours may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to monitor settings and photography conditions.

Orders and Payment

Submitting an order through the website is a request to purchase. We confirm orders by email, typically within 24 hours. Payment is by invoice. We send you our bank details or process card payment after confirmation. Orders are not shipped until payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or items that are out of stock.

Shipping

We ship accessories within Canada using Canada Post and Purolator. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed: 2-4 business days within British Columbia, 4-7 business days elsewhere in Canada. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs or any event outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return unused accessories in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. Helmets that have been involved in an impact cannot be returned for safety reasons. We will replace a defective helmet at no charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Bicycles

Bicycles are sold in-store only and are not available for online purchase. All bicycle sales are final once you leave the store. We offer a 30-day warranty on bicycle assembly performed by our mechanics. Manufacturing defects are covered under the bike manufacturer's warranty, not ours.

Repairs and Services

Repair estimates are provided before work begins. We will contact you for approval if additional work or parts are needed beyond the original estimate. Bikes left for repair must be picked up within 14 days of completion notification. We are not responsible for bikes left longer than 30 days after notification.

Limitation of Liability

TrailGear Bike is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. This does not affect your statutory rights under Canadian consumer protection law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to TrailGear Bike or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes

We can update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site or making a purchase after changes constitutes acceptance.
