What We Collect

When you place an order through this website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and any notes you include with the order. If you browse the site without ordering, we collect standard server log data: your IP address, browser type, pages visited and time spent. We do not ask for or store payment card numbers on this site. Payments are handled by invoice after we confirm your order.

Why We Collect It

Order information is used to process and deliver your purchase, to contact you about order status, and to handle returns or exchanges. Server log data helps us understand which pages get traffic and whether the site is working properly. If you accept analytics cookies, we use aggregated traffic data through Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site. None of this data is sold, rented or shared with data brokers.

How We Store It

Order data is stored in our email system and internal records. We do not maintain a customer database beyond what is needed to fulfill orders and handle post-sale support. Your shipping information is shared with Canada Post or Purolator when we send your order. FormSubmit.co processes form submissions on our behalf. Google Analytics receives anonymized traffic data if you consent to analytics cookies. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you by emailing camp@gravbike.com. You can request that we delete your information. You can withdraw consent for analytics and marketing cookies at any time through the cookie settings on this site. Data Sent Outside Canada

Form submissions are processed through FormSubmit.co, which may use servers outside Canada. Google Analytics data is processed on Google's servers in the United States. By using this site with analytics cookies enabled, you acknowledge this transfer.

Children

This website is not directed at anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through our order form, contact us and we will delete it.
